Q. How long will it take to print my order?
A. If you order is submitted by noon, it will be printed by 4pm the same day.

Q. What if I don't get my order in by noon?
A. We will do our best to get your order printed the same day, but there are no guarantees.

Q. What kind of paper will my flyer be printed on?
A. All flyers are printed on Xerox Premium paper which offers outstanding print quality.

Q. Do you have paper upgrades available?
A. Yes. We can print your flyers on coated paper for an additional fee. This will be an option when ordering.

Q. Are these color copies?
A. No. Your flyers are printed on a color laser printer. Color copies print at approximately 300dpi x 300dpi, whereas our printer prints at 1200dpi x 1200dpi.

Q. Can I use my own designs?
A. Yes. You can submit a flyer that you have designed. See our "Flyer Submitter" page for details.

Q. Can I have my flyers delivered?
A. Yes. If you are located in the Five Cities, we will deliver the flyers, free of charge, to your office. We provide free delivery to San Luis Obispo on Tuesdays and free delivery to Santa Maria on Thursdays. All other days are pickup only for those out of the Five Cities area.

Q. I am not in the real estate industry. Can you still print my flyers?
A. Yes. Even though we specialize in the real estate industry, we are happy to print flyers for others as well. Please contact us for more information.
